Born in Leesburg, Byron attended Leesburg High School. There he was recognized as a member of the football, tennis and soccer teams and a member of the Key Club. Leesburg may best recognize Byron Oldham with his involvement as a Lay reader and Acolyte at St. James Episcopal Church, a volunteer at Leesburg Elementary and a volunteer at summer football camp.

Byron Oldham began his Gator Growl career as an Assistant Director of Advertising in 2007. Byron has also been involved on campus as the President, Rush Chairman and Road trip Chairman of Phi Delta Theta as well as the Assistant Director of New Member Education on the Interfraternity Council. After graduation, Byron plans to live in a big city to work at an advertising firm developing creative concepts for commercials and print ads. However, he says there is still some appeal to his small hometown of Leesburg. Byron’s hobbies include boating, shooting, traveling, Gator Football, music and hanging with friends at The Swamp.
