Born in Winter Haven, Chad attended Winter Haven High School. There he was recognized as the President of the Senior Class, the top leader in the band (Band Colonel), a member of the school’s television productions and the President of FCA. Winter Haven may best recognize Chad Mizelle with his involvement with the Crossroads Community Church, active participation in the band program, participation in service projects through the church, being a leader of youth group at Winter Haven Worship Center and attending several mission trips, including one to Kenya.

Chad has also been involved on campus as the Chaplain of Kappa Upsilon Chi, Sousaphone section leader in the Florida Gator Marching Band, Treasurer of Victory UF and being involved with ACCENT Speaker’s Bureau.

After graduation, Chad plans to attend law school, specializing in criminal law, and eventually become a politician. Chad’s hobbies include music, playing the tuba and bass guitar, being outside, swimming, playing water sports and attending UF sporting events.
