Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Laura moved to Celebration with her family in 2002. Laura attended Celebration High School. She also danced with Shanghai Theater Academy in Shanghai, China. After China, Laura attended the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, DC. She is still dancing in Gainesville as a soloist in the Dance Alive National Ballet Company.

Laura McKeeman began her GG career as the Assistant Director of VIP Reception. Laura is also involved on campus as a member of the Florida Cicerones and a Director of the Freshman Leadership Council, a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha, and a Dance Marathon Morale Captain. Laura’s hobbies include ballet, watching sports and cooking.
