Born in Miami, Tracy attended Miami Palmetto Senior High School. There she was a member of National Honor Society, Quill and Scroll Journalism Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta math honor society, and served as President of Future Educators of America for two years and an editor on the yearbook staff for three years.

Tracy began her Gator Growl career in 2008 as an Art and Layout Assistant Director. Tracy is also involved on campus as the 2009 Public Relations Overall Chair of Dance Marathon, the 2008 Student Government Press Secretary, an active contributor to Jewish Awareness Month, and as a sister of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
